Teen Book Discussion
On Wednesday, September 29 from 3:30 p.m. to
4:30 p.m., we will have a book discussion
featuring, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick
Rules by Jeff Kinney. The second book in
this series describes how bad Gregs' summer
vacation was, due to Rodrick, his little
brother. Rodrick tortures Greg when he
learns his secret. It's a book we can all
relate to, so sign up now for the book
discussion. Food and fun will also be
served. Books will be available the first of
September. Limit of twenty participants. For
grades 5th -9th.

FAFSA Forms
We have FAFSA forms that are necessary to fill out if you plan on
attending college and need to apply for federal and state grants,
work study, or college loans. The Evergreen Community Library’s web
page provides a link to online FAFSA form resources. Please ask for
assistance if you are unable to find the forms you need.

*It is suggested that you use an
avatar instead of an actual
picture of yourself for safety reasons.

you know them personally.
*When making your profile, make it
private and set it to where you
can review any remarks before they are
posted on your site.
*Once you post a picture of yourself
on the internet, it is there
forever due to archival capabilities.
*If you post a picture of someone on
your myspace page, you must
have a signed permission slip from them,
(or their parents if they
are under 18), as you are liable by
law.
*Before you post anything, remember
that prospective colleges,
universities and employers routinely
check out you site.
*Never post personal information,
including cell phone numbers,
addresses, friends names and dorm room
numbers.
*Do not share your password with
anyone other than a parent, this
includes friends!
*Report any conversations that make
you feel uneasy.
*Cyberbullying is a federal offense.
Think before you write and
report any bullying you incur.
