Rent the Community Room for your next party
The Community Room is located adjacent to the Evergreen Community Library and is used for numerous programs and events each week.
The Community Room is available to rent for meetings, parties, or a special event.
The public may rent the Community Room for $100, and a $50 deposit is required.
Non- Profit organizations can reserve the room at no cost during regular library hours. To rent the room at any other time, cost is $25, plus a $25 deposit. Proof of Non-profit status is required.
We have tables and chairs available for your use, as well as a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and oven - no cook top.
The room can hold up to 80 people.
