The Evergreen Community Library will be joining the Serving Every Ohioan (SEO) Library Consortium on May 14, 2025. To get our staff ready for this switch, the library will be closed for a software training day on Tuesday, May 13.

As a member of SEO, you will soon have access to over 7 million items from 103 other library systems throughout Ohio. The online catalog will look a little different when it is updated. You will be able to search and place holds on items from the Evergreen Community Library collection and other libraries.

Make your own books on Saturday, May 17th at 10:30am. We will be making two different kinds of books, a paper bag book and an index card book. All supplies will be provided. Please call 419-644-2771 to register.

Evergreen Community Library will be CLOSED on Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day.

Discover a poem in the text from a book as we explore The Art of Blackout Poetry on Saturday, April 12th at 10:30am. Everyone will have fun making art on the page, even if they may be too young to uncover any poems.
