It's simple to obtain an Evergreen Community Library card. Visit our customer service desk, and our staff will be happy to issue a card to you. Applicants are required to present a form of identification that shows their current mailing address. It is necessary for an applicant under the age of 18 to have a parent present when applying for a library card. Cardholders are required to comply with library rules and regulations and are responsible for all material checked out on their card. Your first library card is FREE, a replacement card is $2.00.
