Make these cute little Wooden Bead Bunnies with Karen on Thursday, March 7th from 4-6pm. Each person may make up to 3 bunnies. All supplies will be provided. Foundation Fitness +

Foundation Fitness + is a safe, fun, and effective chair and standing exercise program. This program, taught by Eileen Seegert, is designed to help adults  increase mobility while improving posture and balance. Classes are free of charge. Class is limited to 10 participants.
